The purpose of A New Kind of Leadership (ANKLe) is to be a catalyst for a new kind of leadership, which the world needs now and in the future.
ANKLe does this in three ways:
- Running open events regularly throughout the year which explore different aspects of what it means to be an effective leader in the 21st century in a practical and relevant way.

- Designing and delivering development for individuals, teams and organisations incorporating one-to-one coaching, action learning and bespoke development programmes. We are currently running programmes for a major international consultancy, two hospitals and a strategic health authority.
- Supporting the development of ANKLe Members by providing them with a safe support environment, the means for members to explore ideas and get the help and support they need when they need it.
