Thinking Environment Training
An Intensive Two-Day Workshop to develop Ankle Members’ knowledge and practical application of Nancy Kline’s principles of a Thinking Environment including design and running of meetings and events and Thinking Partnerships
These will be run by:

Based on William Bridges’ established work, managing transition successfully at all levels – persona, team and organisational is a key leadership skill – This workshop gives you the practical tools and an opportunity to practise using them on managing any successful transition facing you at the moment.
Myers Brigg Type Indicator – Personal analysis of your preferences and what they mean for your style as a leader, how you handle stress and transition. Workshop Leaders include
