ANKLe is a women’s development network.
Membership is by personal invitation to those who subscribe to our values of authenticity and integrity in the expression of a new kind of leadership in our everyday lives, and who have personal awareness and experience of leadership.
Our five key values are:

Members are passionate about:
- Wanting to develop A New Kind of Leadership and making a real contribution to this;
- Being a role model for A New Kind of Leadership; and
- Putting the principles we develop into practice and feeding the results into the thinking on this issue
Membership fees are currently £120 (no VAT) and can be paid monthly by Standing Order or in one annual payment.

A New Kind of Leadership’s Declaration of Interdependence
developed by its Members is as follows:
